We always wanted to go to Amelia Island, so for Mother’s Day we took Diane’s mother, another couple, and our daughter Jenna flew down for the weekend. Francesco, the singing chef, was amazing. He sings opera while preparing and serving dinner. He sang arias while placing the courses down and stood on the side singing while we ate. We were astonished by his artistry.
