“I wouldn't change a thing about my recent stay in Los Cabos. It was perfect… the most relaxing five days I've had in the past 15 years!” Quintess Member Scott Moss knows there's never a bad time to head to Cielos Palmillas in beautiful Los Cabos, and new offerings at Club Ninety Six and Club Espiritu, great availability January through April, and more direct flights makes Mexico more appealing than ever.

Together with Shannon, our yoga instructor, the women who participated in our inaugural Quintess Yoga Retreat in Los Cabos, Mexico were smart, powerful, beautiful ladies. Cabo was really the ideal backdrop for this type of retreat. The natural beauty of the landscape facilitated each woman’s transformation. For our exclusive Los Cabos Yoga Retreat, Quintess sought out the eco-conscious company Manduka to offer participants a cornucopia of goodies to start a practice with. Recently, we sat down with Allie Rosenzweig to learn more about the work Manduka does in the yoga community.

Living fully as an author, sacred activist, motivational speaker, dedicated teacher of Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow, and founder of Anjali Restorative Yoga and öm time yoga studio, Shannon is an expressive student of the symbolic nature of Tantra and mystic poetry.
To fuel the flow of those attending the Quintess Beyond Yoga Retreat this October, Linda Hampsten will be creating healthy, delicious cuisine. Linda lived in Italy and Switzerland for close to 15 years, working with many talented chefs who shared with her the secrets of their kitchens.
