“Deer Valley is one of our favorite mountain destinations, specifically because our children and grandchildren ski and love going there, so all three generations can ski together. We have only been there in the winter as part of a month-long ski trip around the West with friends and family. This year we started in Big Sky Montana, drove to Jackson Hole and stayed in the Osprey’s Perch property, and then headed to Deer Valley in time for our grandkids spring vacations. Our five grandchildren are between three and nine years old and there are great ski schools for them there with child-oriented terrain available and the conditions are usually great. Deer Valley is a convenient destination because there are direct flights from many different places to the Salt Lake City Airport, which is only a one-hour drive away. Park City is literally at the bottom of the hill, with shopping, theaters and outstanding restaurants. We treated our daughters and their husbands to a few nights-off by having our grandchildren over for a couple of sleepovers. The whole trip was wonderful; we just loved it.”
