Advance reservations may be reserved up to 365 days in advance of arrival for stays from 3 to 10 nights, depending on the holiday or non-holiday period reserved. |
| Additional Space Available Nights | Unlimited | Member may purchase unlimited Additional Space Available nights annually at $500/night plus nightly occupancy fee once all Base Plan nights are used or under reservation. Additional Space Available nights may be booked up to 90 days prior to arrival and are for use by Primary and Associate Member only. Maximum length of stay is 21 nights in the Space Available reservation window. |
| Quintess Family Access | Up to 4 | Number of extended family members of Primary or Associate Member that may be designated by Member to enjoy unaccompanied use of Base Plan nights on complimentary basis. |
| Annual Dues | $22,575 | This is the annual dues amount paid to enjoy all of the Club’s homes and privileges for the membership plan selected. This includes Destination Hosts to make your trip planning effortless, as well as extensive on-site amenities and concierge services. |
| Membership Payments: Refundable Membership Deposit and Initiation Payment |
$336,500 | Members make membership payments consisting of 1) a refundable membership deposit that is 75% of the total amount and is completely refundable once fully paid and 2) an initiation payment that is non-refundable and is 25% of the total. |
| Occupancy Fee | $275/night used | This is the occupancy fee paid for each night actually used in a Club residence. This fee is paid in advance of each trip. |
*Guaranteed Advance Holiday reservations plus the privilege to reserve additional holidays within six months prior to arrival.
