Members enjoy the use of custom luxury homes in the most desired locations throughout the world, including Aspen, Deer Valley, Hawaii, Jackson Hole, Los Cabos, Turks & Caicos, New York, Paris and Tuscany.
Membership Deposit* $291,500

Members pay a one-time membership deposit when they join. As a satisfaction guarantee, this deposit is 100% refundable in the first year should you decide to resign for any reason. The deposit is 75% refundable after the first year.
Base Plan Nights 21

Base Plan nights may be booked in either the Advance window (365 – 181 days prior to arrival) or the Short Term window (180 days of less prior to arrival). Maximum length of stay is up to 10 nights in the Advance window and 14 nights in the Short Term window.
Annual Dues* $22,575

This is the annual amount paid to enjoy all of the Club’s homes and privileges for the membership plan selected. This includes a dedicated Member Travel Advisor and Destination Hosts to make your trip planning effortless, as well as extensive on-site amenities and concierge services.
Occupancy Fee $275/night used

This is the occupancy fee paid for each night actually used in a Club residence. This fee is paid in advance of each trip.
Advance Non-Holiday Reservations 1

One Advance non-Holiday reservation for up to 10 Advance nights annually per Club rules.
Additional Space Available Nights Unlimited, $500/night + Occupancy Fee

Primary and Associate Members may enjoy unlimited Space Available nights for a very attractive nightly fee once total Base Plan nights are used or reserved. All Space Available nights (90 days prior to arrival) may be reserved and used by Primary or Associate Members only. Maximum length of stay is up to 21 nights in the Space Available window. Primary and Associate Members may enjoy additional Space Available nights once total included nights are used or reserved. Holiday reservations may be made within the Space Available booking window.
Maximum Nights Reserved at One Time 21

Members may reserve up to 21 nights on the calendar at one time.
Number of Reservations Unlimited

All Base Plan nights may be reserved in the Advance (365 – 181 days prior to arrival) and Short Term (180 days or less prior to arrival) windows with unlimited reservations. There is no required arrival or departure day, except on select holidays. Maximum length of stay is up to 10 nights in the Advance window, 14 nights in the Short Term window and 21 nights in the Space Available window.
Simultaneous Home Use Privileges Yes

Members can make and use multiple reservations to use multiple homes in the same or different destinations at the same time.

Quintess, LRW Family Access includes the privilege of allowing extended family of the Primary and Associate Member to enjoy unaccompanied use on a complimentary basis.
