Everyone wanted to go on an airboat trip, but Rich found an ecological kayaking tour. They brought us out into the Gulf and we kayaked around looking at the mangrove roots and different birds. It was fascinating. Then we had dinner at the Rod and Gun Club, which had been around for decades and was so much fun.
