You can find pretty homes anywhere, but what makes a vacation a unique experience is the service. We began in 2004 with that simple premise and have honed our services ever since.
Pre-Trip Planning
It starts with our Member Relations team. Each member is assigned a Member Relations Manager to assist with travel planning. The Member Relations Manager gets to know the member and their travel desires. We keep the number of members each one has to assist low, so that they can develop an intimate knowledge of the traveling family.
Unlike other vacation clubs our travel planning is live, consultative and complete. Once the perfect vacation has been crafted, then the member is turned over to the local hosts. After the trip, the Member Relations Manager reaches out to the member to hear how the trip went.
Beyond a doubt, the reason we loved our vacation so much was the level of customer care given by Destination Host Lynn P.

Local Hosts
The function of the Quintess host is to help you feel like a local in whatever far part of the world you vacation to. Need to book a local chef to prepare a special meal in your villa? The Host will set that up. Want to visit a local museum? The Host will set that up as well. Want to get into that "impossible-to-get-in" club? Our Host has you covered.
Our destination Hosts have the longest tenure in the industry, so you have unmatched experience on your side. It takes years to learn how to provide the top-notch service our members receive, so we keep turn-over low.
We have more Hosts per home than any other destination club, so you can always get the service you want, they won't be tied up serving other members.
White glove service doesn't just happen, it is planned and prepared for. We train our Hosts and Member Relations Managers to a level that no one else does to make sure that every trip is a life changing experience.

Charity Fundraising
We have two programs to help charities with their fund raising. The first is an auction package that awards the auction winner with a great luxury vacation in one of our villas.
The second program is Travel Gift Cards that allow the charity to distribute to those sponsors who attend their fund raising events.
Travel Gift Cards allow the user to purchase hotels and rental cars at a wholesale price up to the value of the gift card.
